I fell in love with the concept of Life Coaching about 15 years ago.  Entering into the “empty nest” season of life caused me to pause and ask, “What’s Next”? After having completed a LifePlan, I was introduced to Coaching as a way to look inside myself and dig deep into many of life’s unasked and unanswered questions.

Later, Coaching would be the very help needed as I journeyed through a 10-year period of brokenness and family trauma. As a result of coaching, I was able to navigate through rough waters with confidence and fortitude as well as respect the circumstances and honor the grief that accompanied my journey.

Good Coaches have Coaches!  Along with having a Coach that I speak with regularly, I am a member of the WayPoint Transformational Coaching Community and am presently serving on their Leadership Team.  I am certified in Life Planning and Personal Development Coaching and for the last 12 years have been helping people get unstuck. This happens by asking defining questions, clarifying goals, developing creative advancement strategies and designing next steps necessary to achieve those goals.  I receive great satisfaction in partnering with clients as they learn to navigate change, cheer them on as they encounter personal growth, and celebrate together as they experience holistic and lasting transformation.

On a personal note, I have been married for 39 years.  I'm the mother of a married daughter who has gifted me with two beautiful granddaughters and a son who is single and my "go-to" tech guru.
